Course Overview
A one-day course for qualified manicurists who are new to acrygel. Students are required to hold a certificate in gel polish before attending this class. Your course is delivered live online with added recordings that you can refer back to as required. This course recaps health, safety and hygiene, anatomy and physiology, contraindications and contra-actions, client consultation and good practice, acrygel treatment tools, UV lamps and overexposure, and the processes for an acrygel treatment. You’ll receive a kit list before the course, showcasing a variety of options across different brands and price points - no specific brand endorsements here. You will also receive materials for your Nail Your Career binder to store and refer back to. You will work on yourself for the practical session. Please ensure you have no contra-indications to the treatment. Should you not be able to have the treatment due to medical reasons you can use a model. Your final assessment guidelines are detailed in your binder. You'll need to send in photos of your work along with a reflective account, so you can demonstrate your skills at your own pace. Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate in Acrygel Theory & Application, which will allow you to add this popular service to your treatment list!

Booking and Cancellation Policy
You must be 16 years old or above to attend this course. Course places are confirmed upon payment in full online. Provisional bookings are not accepted. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with course details and a receipt. You will receive your Nail Your Career binder and course materials in class or by post within three working days of payment. Should you have a discount code please ensure you apply this at the time of making payment as these cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been made. We reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction. All course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you are unable to attend a booked and confirmed training date, we may be able to offer a reschedule of the training (subject to availability and at the our discretion), provided you contact us no later than 72 hours prior to the training course date by email to hello@nailyourcareer.org. Where it is possible to offer a reschedule of training, this will be subject to a rescheduling fee of £25. We operate a ‘fair use’ policy for rescheduling and all courses can only be rescheduled once. We will respond to confirm whether a reschedule is possible and if a fee is applicable. Where reschedule is not possible and the student chooses not to attend their training, you may forfeit your course fee. Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend their booked training date without a minimum of 3 days notice by email, you will automatically forfeit your course fee and we will be under no obligation to provide any further training or refund. We do not offer refunds where training is cancelled or postponed outside of our control. Instead an alternative training date will be offered. Nail Your Career is not responsible for any loss of income or costs students may incur in the event that postponement of training courses is necessary. Should we have to cancel your course for reasons outside of our control, we will endeavour to give students at least 24 hours notice by telephone and/or email.
