I’m Fiona, a nail technician, educator, and business owner based in Christchurch, Dorset.
I run one of the most successful home salons in the UK, and I created Nail Your Career to give others a clearer, more realistic path into the industry - without the overwhelm, confusion, or wasted money that so many new technicians face.
I’m also a Scratch Stars Award finalist, Scratch Magazine contributor, and a qualified educator, bringing real-world experience and professional training standards into every course.
With years of experience working with real clients day in, day out, I understand what actually works in a salon… and what doesn’t.
I’ve also trained and supported nail professionals at all stages of their careers, from complete beginners to those looking to refine and grow their business.
My approach to training is simple:
