Designed for qualified nail technicians ready to expand their skills and increase their earning potential. This half-day course in Christchurch, Dorset is designed for nail technicians who are already qualified in builder gel or acrylic and want to progress into acrygel. A builder gel, hard gel or acrylic certificate is required to attend. Acrygel combines the strength of acrylic with the flexibility of gel, offering a controlled, workable system that is increasingly popular in modern salons. You’ll recap essential theory including health, safety and hygiene, anatomy, contraindications and client consultation, before moving into more advanced knowledge such as product chemistry and safe working practices. Practical training focuses on correct preparation and the controlled application of acrygel to create structured overlays and extensions. You’ll learn how to build strength and shape with precision, maintain control of the product throughout application, and refine the nail for a clean, balanced finish with long-lasting results. All tools and products are provided, along with detailed digital course materials to support you after your training. You will work on yourself during the practical session. If you are unable to receive treatment due to medical reasons, you may arrange to bring a model. You’ll leave with an Acrygel Theory & Application certificate and the confidence to start offering acrygel services to paying clients.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
You must be aged 16 or over to attend this course. Course places are confirmed upon full payment made online. We do not accept provisional bookings. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with your course details and receipt. Course materials are provided digitally. If you have a discount code, this must be applied at the time of booking. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to amend course pricing or run promotions at any time. The price paid at the time of booking is final and no partial refunds will be issued if prices change. All course fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booked course date, we may be able to offer a transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability and at our discretion. Requests must be made by email to hello@nailyourcareer.org at least 72 hours prior to your course date. Where a transfer is approved, a £25 rescheduling fee will apply. Each course may be rescheduled once only. Failure to attend your course without providing at least 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show and your course fee will be forfeited. In the event that we need to cancel or postpone a course due to circumstances outside of our control, an alternative date will be offered. We do not offer refunds in these circumstances.
