Designed for beginners or existing therapists who want to deliver professional, high-quality facial treatments. This one-day course in Christchurch, Dorset covers the core knowledge and practical skills required to perform a complete facial treatment from consultation through to aftercare. Facials are one of the most in-demand and profitable treatments you can offer, with low product costs, strong client retention and excellent opportunities to build a loyal client base. You’ll learn essential theory including health, safety and hygiene, skin anatomy, contraindications, client consultation and treatment planning, along with an understanding of different skin types and conditions. Practical training focuses on the full facial process, including cleansing, exfoliation, mask application and finishing products. You’ll also learn facial massage techniques designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation and deliver a luxurious, professional treatment your clients will return for. This course is not tied to any specific brand, giving you the freedom to apply your knowledge using the products you choose and tailor treatments to suit your clients. All tools and products are provided for your training, along with detailed digital course materials to support you after your training. You will work on each other during the practical session. If you are unable to receive treatment due to medical reasons, you may arrange to bring a model. You’ll leave with a Facial Theory & Process certificate and the confidence to start offering facial treatments to paying clients.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
You must be aged 16 or over to attend this course. Course places are confirmed upon full payment made online. We do not accept provisional bookings. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with your course details and receipt. Course materials are provided digitally. If you have a discount code, this must be applied at the time of booking. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to amend course pricing or run promotions at any time. The price paid at the time of booking is final and no partial refunds will be issued if prices change. All course fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booked course date, we may be able to offer a transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability and at our discretion. Requests must be made by email to hello@nailyourcareer.org at least 72 hours prior to your course date. Where a transfer is approved, a £25 rescheduling fee will apply. Each course may be rescheduled once only. Failure to attend your course without providing at least 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show and your course fee will be forfeited. In the event that we need to cancel or postpone a course due to circumstances outside of our control, an alternative date will be offered. We do not offer refunds in these circumstances.
